Do you restock sold out items?

We don't usually restock sold out items; we like to offer new products. However, if we receive a lot of feedback to restock an individual item we can bring it back. 

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mater Card and Paypal. We will also start accepting Apple Pay soon. 

Which shipping company ships your orders?

We currently ship with CanadaPost, but we are working on providing our customers with more options. 

Which international countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

We offer Priority, Xpresspost, and Expedited post for Canada wide shipping.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer World Wide?

We offer Priority, Xpresspost, Expedited Parcel, Tracked Packet and Small Packet for worldwide shipping. 

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

If you chose a trackable shipping option, you will receive a fulfillment email with your  tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
